High pressure fuel injection lines

Fuel injection lines are required to deliver the fuel from the high pressure pump to the combustion engine without any loss of pressure, without any hindrance to the flow and without impairing the functions of the fuel injection components.

The five essential key characteristics of a fuel injection line:

  • Transfer immense fuel pressures safely and without loss while being pressure-resistant at the same time.
  • Cope with the high rates of acceleration and vibration levels of the combustion engine without fracturing and while also being vibration-proof at the same time.
  • Offer component cleanliness in the micron range to eliminate malfunctions in the sensitive precision engineering fuel injection components.
  • Guarantee absolute seal tightness in the fuel system even after years of operation.
  • Be resistant to environmental influences at all times without any functional impairment and also be resistant to corrosion at the same time.

Examples of high pressure fuel injection lines:

Fuel injection line for a Euro 5 / EPA 2010 commercial vehicle engine with a PLD system for an operating pressure of 2,700 bar
Fuel injection line for a Euro 6 commercial vehicle engine with a CR system for an operating pressure of 2,200 bar
Fuel injection line for a CR system – unbent
Fuel injection line for a Euro 6 / EPA 2013 commercial vehicle engine with a CR system for an operating pressure of 3,000 bar, including sealing of the injector return oil chamber
Fuel injection line for an industrial engine with an outer diameter of 4 mm
Fuel injection line for an industrial engine with a PLD system
Fuel injection line for a car engine with a CR system for an operating pressure of 1,800 bar
