The regional authority of the Oberpfalz awarded the excellent achievement awards for outstanding final qualification results at the local vocational school to
from our current year’s group of school leavers qualifying as industrial business management assistants. Ms. Dallmann and Mr. Brey also managed to pass the exams of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce with flying colours. We are delighted with the success of our trainees and wish to take this opportunity to offer them our warmest congratulations!
Our company firmly believes in the importance of in-depth training for young people. On successful completion of training we offer those with training as either industrial business management assistants or as industrial mechanics the opportunity, in what we call a "practical year", to gain initial work experience with us and thereby achieve a solid foundation for the their further careers. At the same time this also means that we can always count on a good source of qualified young talent from within our own company.
