Shielded fuel injection pipes

The inner high pressure fuel injection lines containing the fuel are identical to our high pressure fuel injection lines without outer jackets. Both have exactly the same characteristics in terms of function and reliability.

As far as the engine is concerned, and the fuel injection system in particular, there is absolutely no difference between the use of lines with or without a jacket. They can therefore be used in both vehicle and marine engines.

The jacket shroud complies with the regulations of the maritime classification societies. Internal channels within the metal shielding pipe ensure that there is a minimum leakage drain in the event of a leak. A specially developed abrasion protection element between the shielding pipe and the fuel injection line provides the line with permanent protection against functional impairment.

Needless to say, we can also provide the requisite test certificates for the GUIDO pressure pipes which are used in case of acceptance inspections by the classification societies where requested.

Examples of shielded fuel injection pipes:

Shielded fuel injection pipe assembly for marine applications – central leakage connection
